What is a fanlisting?
A fanlisting is simply an online list of fans of a subject (in this case for Shiki Misaki) that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join.
There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are), they are just a place where you can sign up with other fans. TheFanlistings.org is the original (but not official) web directory for fanlistings, dedicated to uniting the fans.

Who is Shiki?
Shiki Misaki (美咲 四季, or Misaki Shiki in Japanese family-name-first order) is one of the main characters in The World Ends with You, an RPG for the DS. She is Neku Sakuraba's first partner in the Game. She is a very kind and talented sophisticate who grows close to Neku, Rhyme, and Beat throughout the first week.
This is the description from the game manual:
Fashionable and fabulous at fifteen, Shiki knows clothes. While she puts on a cheerful face to lend Neku some much-needed moral support, deep down she harbors a secret... She never parts with her homemade stuffed animal, Mr. Mew; to survive, Neku can never part with her.
